Rugs arrive vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process â€“ once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process.

Returns

We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you haven't received your item within 30 days, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.
